This is largely dependent upon where you live/the DHL workers in your area.

I've had DHL drop off things that are signature required - and that I've scheduled a damn delivery time for so I'd be home for the signature - and they just leave that shit on the porch without a care in the world - either fake signing for it, or not even bothering to do that. I have yet to actually sign anything for DHL, they always just toss it at my house and leave without so much as a knock at the door.

Given that, claiming you never signed/DNA isn't off the table just because it's DHL.

hmmm maybe i will roll the dice & try it out on them soon.
What Item do you plan to SE?

Two pairs of jeans that total around 500$. Their site states investigations on lost parcel & they wont leave the package at door unless signed , and if delivery is missed they leave a note where you go pick it up. Based off that I am assuming they are strict on refunds. Another thing is their carrier(dhl) might have a lazy driver and sign it himself , giving me a better chance. It's a designer brand known for jeans. I pasted link of their FAQ, scroll down to the delivery tab.

Investigations for loss of goods are pretty much standard practice with most companies.

Be sure you're home to accept the delivery and fake sign It.

It's no different to fake signing the delivery yourself.

First and foremost, check If they're liable for loss of goods from sender (yourself) to receiver (them).
