They dumped it at my porch, and took a picture, about 10 minutes later I contacted support saying I didn't get it, they didn't even check, instantly asked if I wanted a reship or refund.  Zero effort, it was almost funny.

Wow so they basically SE'ed themselves. Good thing you didn't let this perfect opportunity slip.
Having good coffee everyday is so nice to have.
why did you say "they basically SE'ed themselves" when he said they took a picture of the product front of his house ? i dont get it , isnt their action should ment that product was deliverd ?

Well dumping a parcel on someones porch means it has not been passed to the receiver properly.
Their picture of the parcel on the porch means nothing, since the person is not in the picture themselves.
That is what I meant with they "basically SE'ed themselves". Of course they didn't refund automatically, but they have laid the groundwork for a good SE'ing opportunity.

It depends on the Item being SEd.

MEB Is common for AirPods, Apple Watches, SSDs, CPUs (not visible externally), sunglasses etc.

MacBook I took the L and just kept it they would only accept return if UPS picked up the parcel hence FTID wouldn't work, Uniqlo worked the rep was just being annoying so I had to be persistent non stop about items missing and Diesel is still pending investigation I was told to wait 10 days and I've phoned them on 3 separate occasions and they're just saying that DPD is still investigating the parcel's location

Also with the FTID did you do this yourself or pay someone to do it, I know @mothered strongly advises against this method but a lot of big UK retailers seem to be very susceptible to it.

I'm pretty sure Amazon are catching on with it in regards to higher priced items anyway I admit the method only works due to incompetence but I've had great success using it over the years or so. The MacBook FTID failed because they would only allow me to return if the carrier picked up the parcel which is the first I've seen. Method still works extremely well with PayPal though

Yeah still under investigation they won't move forward with the claim until the carrier responds

Thanks for the update. Currently in the process of a Uniqlo refund, let’s hope it goes through.
Yo howd it go?

That's interesting. After doing like 20 DNA's in 2021 and 2022 I find Best Buy are the worst now. They lie and say they are reshipping and even make it show up in your orders but then cancel after an investigation. This a was a $1200 laptop that I am now empty boxing and using serial number but still. The Indian reps are notorious liars.
Same with Amazon. I have to ftid with them every time.

I consider myself an intermediate refunder/SE been doing it for 2 years now but those 2 retailers are bitches.
User @Blazealways and his sycophant pussy followers that like his posts that insult me is a bitch ass nigga troll. If the Mods don't warn him or ban him I will purposely get myself banned and edit all my posts to junk.[/color]
