I’ve just finished to try this method and it didn’t work for me (italy). They sent me the proof of delivery from the courier and on it, in the signature field, there was a little scribble (for sure the courier signed it) and I tried to pry on that while I was writing my emails. Now they ended on saying me I have to contact the courier and I don’t know whether to do this or to keep pushing them through emails
