£457
Was it electronic?
My friend got them for 400 ish and he was fine
Yeah it was a ps5 but, my friends have had the same issue where dpd delivered their item and a refund failed because a “photo” & “signature” was provided

Ridiculous - your name purely written on the consignment Is not deemed a signature.
Tell them to email you a copy, and then say It does not belong to you nor does It represent your very own signature In any way, shape, or form.
Too late now, I already requested my right of withdrawal
Well, you're now aware of what should be done under similar circumstances the next time around.

Yeah true, I haven’t returned the item just yet but I will try and get a chargeback on my card.

Prior to filing a chargeback, be sure to collect all evidence supporting your claim.

i’m in the same situation of the guy above, plus they didn’t take a photo of anyone they just sent me the proof of delivery with a scribble instead of my sign ahah (because no one signed it, maybe the courier) and now they stopped answering my emails and in the last email they said that I should contact the courier for more information.

A load of BS.
You've purchased from them, they've opened your claim and that's who you deal with. It's that simple.
Request an escalation.

They didn’t answer me the last email but I will try to request an escalation for sure. I’ll keep you updated.

Don't just rely on a single email.
Keep emailing them until the appropriate reply Is received.

As a buyer, you're well within your rights to request an escalation, so do exactly that.
