Hello 4 weeks ago I tried to SE Nike with dna method , told them that the order marked as delivered but I haven’t received yet, the rep told me to contact my local carrier (ups delivers to local carriers to deliver in small towns) and she said if they don’t find anything contact us again,,,I did a legit return because I didn’t know what to do, what to do in situations like this when they tell you to contact courier company?

So today receive my package and claimed dna via chat, again they told me to call my local delivery company and if I they can’t give me any answer I should contact Nike back….what would you do in this situation?

So I contact them again today, they asked me if I want to start an investigation to find my package I said yes and the rep said will keep me update!!!!
What do you think? Are they actually gonna investigate my case?

Yes they will Investigate, by contacting the carrier and collecting & cross-checking Information such as GPS/tracking details, verification on receipt of goods etc.
