So I just recently completed a SE that lasted two weeks with neiman marcus for a canada goose jacket. I believe I got really lucky with this claim. After my item got delivered I noticed on the website that it was still marked as "SHIPPED" with a tracking number that didn't match the label. I had gotten this delivered from a neiman marcus near me for same day delivery. So I came up with the idea of using DNA since the tracking was incorrect. I pushed very hard throughout the whole claim. Every time I'd call they told me that they would need to reach out to the store to find where the package. Finally today I reached out to a supervisor who stated since theyre unable to get in contact with the store they can issue my refund since they aren't able to see what carrier they used, however they told me my address was now blacklisted to prevent future claims

Next time don't use your home address. Like now you don't care, but in the future, you would need to order at a different address keeping in mind that it will be blocked too. Also, if you would change your location at any time in your life. Someone tries to order from Canada goose and finds out that the address is blacklisted, but they bought your house recently, I don't think that it would be very nice.

Nah, I was just surprised she told me directly. I've heard from others that neimans is usually once per info so I knew I couldn't keep reordering.

Yeah, that could be the case, then you have to call and write to Amazon and other stores proving that you recently bought the house and didn't have any associations with previous owner. This is a very small percent that would happen to somebody, but SE is getting popular day by day, so things can happen.
