i have try https://paywithmoon.commm/ and is not for europe, instead cryptopay.me require KYC
If you would read the "How it works" in their section, you would have seen USD in the card amount on their gif. So yes, it doesn't work for Europe sites, because we use Euro not USD. But when you get the refund, will you get it to your prepaid card? You didn't mention anything about this.
