Store: Helzberg Diamonds

I wanted a new cuban bracelet and stumbled across a jewelry store that has several locations in my area. I've read through their policies a bit and they state: Until someone signs for delivery, your order is insured, meaning you'll be reimbursed if it doesn't arrive. I figured since its a high value item DNA would not work since they arent responsible after the package has been signed for. I received my bracelet and claimed EB. This triggered a UPS investigation which lasted two weeks.

Yes it was successful after two weeks. I received the refund on the 29th, here is the email.:

Hey there xxx!

Thank you for contacting Helzberg Diamonds Customer Care and thank you for allowing me to assist you with your mail in return!

As of 12/29/22 we processed a refund for the amount of $1,824.21  back to your Form of Payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for normal transactions and up to 30 days for Pay Pal transactions for the funds to your account. The exact time-frame for the return is dependent upon your individual financial institution, and how quickly they receive and process the return.
