I’ve contacted Amazon rep and they said they need to investigate further and I should wait 3 days, and if I haven’t received my item I contact them again.

My first SE is a success as they have requested a refund to my account. I contacted Amazon initially on the day they arrived and was told to wait 3 days so they could carry out an investigation. After the date they given me I explained the EB again and how I was told to contact them again if I received no updates during the investigation period. After explaining the rep granted my refund on the spot.

Thanks for your help

In the future if I wish to SE tech products such as air pods pro, should I leave them untouched till the whole process is over?
