Planning to SE Hotel Stay, ended up having a $hitty Experience

Staying in a 4-star hotel right now and was planning to SE the whole experience. Only to have the shittiest experience I've ever had in a hotel my entire life.

Locked doors, unusable internet, missing basic amenities, shitty customer service, you name it. Just curious - what the most anyone has ever been able to squeeze out from a bad hotel experience? Is full refund the max, or have you been successful at requesting points for next stay?

I am furious but also relieved right now because I don't need to photoshop anything

I guess this is karma after all

Lol sorry to hear your stay has been shitty, I'm interested how do you plan to engage the SE. Approach management at end of stay or what? I think you could get a full refund if you play it right, just speculation. Curious how it plays out.

Well in this case everything is in my favor. I took pics and videos of the proof, call the front desk/corporate once I leave (they are already rude enough to deal with tbh) and get my full refund back hopefully.
