what is an argument if dpd takes a photo of someone accepting the package.

Is it 100% conclusive it is you in the picture?
They must prove it is you, otherwise they cannot say you personally recieved te parcel.
You can easily change your doormat/clothes.

Surely having a really idenitifible picture of you would be against privacy laws?
How does a courier have the right to take a picture of your face.
If they take a picture of a person infront of your door of holding a package is probably the most they can do.
