Was looking to SE a hydroflask bottle. I saw a previous post, where it was suggested to do wrong item received, but there are not any items that have similar weights, that are significantly cheaper than the desired item.

Fwiw Iron Flask is half the price, and pretty much the same quality. If you're set on HydroFlask, looks like even the smallest ones are way over the PEB limit. I'd try a DNA, test the waters, if it fails, just tell them someone else picked up the box and you didn't know, and return it for a normal refund? I always just try to DNA, and if they're not down for it, try again with another method, although dry ice boxing seems like overkill for a water bottle.

I've tried to DNA, and they have said that I need to open a claim with the courier and that hopefully it turns up?

Should I make the claim and tell them that there was no result.

Nonsense.

It's not your responsibility to deal with the carrier - they do It through an external Investigation.

The carrier told you to communicate with the company.

How long should I wait till I send that they told me to contact the company, as the last time I opened an investigation with this courier, they never actually responded.
