They've simply opened an Investigation with the carrier which Is standard procedure, hence there's no cause for concern.

Our depot has concluded this investigation stating that our driver has followed the correct delivery process and has delivered this parcel correctly. GPS places our driver at the correct location. In the same address, there are previous deliveries that match the disputed delivery. We have now closed the investigation.


With this in mind I'm afraid we are unable to take any further action in this case as DPD has confirmed this has been delivered correctly and that previous deliveries to this address match the POD information shown on the tracking page.

If you disagree with this result, please raise a dispute with your payment issuer.

They're missing the point - GPS/tracking does not confirm "person-to-person" deliveries. Your "address" received It, not yourself. Just to clarify things, how was the package delivered/received?
