Anyone know how I can SE meta? Trying to refund 1 or even 2 meta quest pros if that's possible. What sort of methods can work on this item?

was the rule to not switch the device on before refund as they may see its active and decline the refund? mines just arrived in the post

oh from reading I thought this was the correct method to use, as in the actual meta box wasn't there- if anything ill just change what story and say I thought you wanted a picture of the brown box since they specifically also asked for the label
