Hello,
Recently I've made an zalando order, which I will want to refund
I've ordered one pair of sneakers, and some (2) cheap filler random company items like boxers, socks (wanted to do partial)
The problem is - the sneakers are shipped from zalando, but the fillers are shipped from that random company
How could I refund this now, I can't do partial bc these will be separate boxes
What FTID method could I use?
