I would just like to point out something that i observed during last couple of weeks. There has been a massive increase in Nike instant or almost instant refunds issued by specifically German reps. I personally have no idea what causes this, but for example where Iąm from (Poland)  investigation lasts up to 14 days, when if you contact Nike reps it usually ends up within 2-4 days or sometimes even instant on items of value that would trigger 21+ days investigation from my local reps.

Many refunding services have been providing this, and even I decided to give them a shot and can confirm that refund happens way faster than it would normally.

That raised a question in my head. How long does investigation last in specific country's? I would love to hear your knowledge about that, Iąm sharing my own experience below:

Poland:
Unless its instant - up to 14 days for orders under 400 euro - about 21 for more than that
That is using traditional DNA, EB or PEB methods.
Italy:
Under 400euro - 3 bussiness days (EB with aged acc with orders)|
Spain:
DNA under 200euro instant if contacted reps day of the delivery, otherwise many issues.

(Iąm planning to expand this section using answers in the comments)

Also since I'd love to try that German reps again, is anyone familiar with the method that works so fast on them? I believe that this might happen due to Germany being one of the biggest country's in EU and maybe they are being spammed with request just before holiday.

I am from Italy. Under 400 with EB and aged account with orders I got it in 3 business days. Interesting that by contacting other countries stuff may be easier.

I have been in SE for a short time so I don't know what EB is, maybe I have tried it but I don't know the name and that's why I don't identify it.
Would you be so kind as to explain to me how EB works?

Yeah, EB stands for Empty Box
This method is focused on claiming to have received empty box (or partially empty - that's PEB). It works for light items that are below 120 grams range.
Many users experienced success with EB on heavier orders, however its highly not recommended as if the rep checks the weight you are likely to fail, sometimes they just don't bother to do that.

There are no hard and fast rules.

It depends on the complexity of the assessment, the amount of details that need to be collected and whether the Investigation Is attended to In a timely manner.

Will definitely keep that in mind, altho i believe that creating such list might show us some interesting patterns that can be useful
