Hi everyone,

I would start by thanking everyone for the help and for the precious information you give. I need a bit of help with a Nike SE I am trying to do.

I ordered two items on Nike [an EU domain] (pair of shoes and a hoodie, total around 2300+ grams) and claimed EB. Yea, I know it's dumb due to weight but I read several posts claiming "if signed EB, if not DNA", so I went for EB. I had a talk on the phone with a rep, who told me that she asked for investigation/refund and that I would have had an update in 1-2 business days. The 2 business days passed today and still I have got no feedback. 

The package was signed (under a fake name, but the carrier uses GPS), the account I used is my legit one with more than 30 legit orders (thousands of euros spent, that's why I hoped to succeed with the EB claim).

I wanted to ask you when I should reach back via chat/phone to ask for update and if, in case I would get the refxnd rejected, I can try with the damaged package claim. I thought maybe to reach on thursday and pushing for Christmas being near in the hope to have success.

They told you that you'd receive an update within 2 business days and you haven't so call them again. If they cross-check the weight then proceed with the damaged package claim.

Way too heavy to EB.

The 2 business days passed today and still I have got no feedback.

As stated above, get In contact and ask where your claim stands.

Please reply with their exact response.

Called now. They said the claim is still at the “financial departmentl” and they are waiting for a response from them. They said in theory before friday there should be an answer. The rep re-asked what the problem was and asked if the box was damaged. I said I was at university so I did not remember and I had to check once home, this is to keep the damaged box method doable, in case. She said no problem.

Just got a call from an “unknown number”. It was the gentle rep I spoke to the other day. Success! She just told me the refund has been issued. Done my first SE🥰

I think the EB claim went through because of my acocunt being aged and with lots of orders + christmas season. A nice combo.
