Amzn EB Help #1
Hi there,

Tried to eb a pajama set from amz as it is very low weight (literally small silk tank and shorts), claimed eb with amz cs chat. They said they have no refund or replacement options, and that they need a higher escalated team to investigate. The escalated team thinks I’m claiming dna, so I have to go and tell them 2 separate times it is eb, then they are no saying that their investigation concludes that the package was delivered correctly, and it has the correct weight ??, even tho the item is under the threshold. They are now asking for a pr. I asked them for photos of the item at time of delivery, demonstrating all angles of package and that it isn’t damaged. The parcel was one of the small plastic bags, so maybe that has something to do with it? I am thinking of just saying my brother took them out and then trying to box them.

This sounds like a horrible situation to begin with. If you need a PR for pj's from AMZ, I feel bad for you. Best of luck to you.

Yeah pretty shitty, the pjs were kind of expensive to be fair, but I still can not fathom how EB did not follow through for this, and I do not want to waste a PR on these pajamas. Should I box them? Or will there already be suspicion regarding the items? Maybe the account im using is flagged?

I believe the plastic bag is what's causing the issue, especially if it's see through. Also do you know the exact weight of the pj's?

The bag isn’t see through, but it weighs around 70 grams from what I can find online. Do you recommend I Box them?

Quote:they are no saying that their investigation concludes that the package was delivered correctly, and it has the correct weight
^ Tell them to email you evidence of the above, namely the weight of the package at the time It arrived to your address.

I did, but they only reply with the same cut paste pr request email. Would it be easier to just proceed with boxing?

That's because they have no way of fulfilling your request.

Get In contact by phone. A lot more can be said and done over a phone conversation.

If they repeatedly fail to respond, then yes, box them.
