What's the cost of the printer paper?
$40~

Claim the box as damaged and return it. If they don't take it, try a diff walmart. Simple as that.
I plead the fifth.

Doing that today. Have to wait a couple of hours until it's peak time.

The films came in separate plastic wraps, so I cut the bottom of them and put old trading cards in there to replace the film. Box is filled out, taking it to Walmart in the next couple hours.

I don't find it as a hassle, I find it as a challenge, and I enjoy it. So it's worth it to me, yeah 100%.

That makes perfect sense.

Use the damaged package method, whereby the goods were so badly damaged that you had no reason to keep It, hence threw It out. Given It's paper and susceptible to being crushed/ripped, It's a believable scenario.

Worked out well, I guess I know now that sometimes company policies can be overruled by the support team. Thank you.
