I've recently bought a refurbished phone and was sent it by royal mail as a special delivery. Was wondering if it being a special delivery affects the chance of DNA-ing it in anyway?

Provide more information.
Did you sign for it?
Did the courier take photos of the package? If so, is there anything identifiable in the image that would prove its your house?

No it's nothing to be worried about. They'll just get your signature (fake sign it), and take a picture of the box before they hand it to you.
