Amazon Trouble #1
TL;DR at the end

Hello
I look for help because I'm stuck with my SE.
I decided to get myself new earphones on Amazon.
Unfortunately, my account got OFM after they arrived. I decided to try and get refund anyway by using LIT method.
Insider scanned code for me, and on tracking it looks like it's been dropped off to one of parcel points.
I waited two weeks, and contacted amazon by email, asking of they have processed my refund already. They told me to wait another 2 weeks, because they need time to process it. After 4 weeks, I emailed them again. They said that they still haven't received my parcel.
A few emails back and forth, they just silently unlocked my account so I would stop sending emails (or so I think).
I proceeded to open chat. They were extremely rude. Rep didn't even wanted to talk to me, he just asked if I received their email. I replied: "Yes, I did", and he said after this "Okay, that's great. So have a nice day, and goodbye". Another messages back and forth, and he said that he can't verify with carrier if everything was okay with parcel because he isn't a sender
(bear in mind, I send this using their generated label), and I have to call carrier, and send "intervention protocol" to amazon if I want to proceed.

So, after this wall of text, my question is:
Can I safely contact delivery company? If they pull up camera records, they will see that I wasn't there. If not, how to make amazon representative to contact them by themself?

TL;DR: is it safe to contact delivery company about parcel scanned by insider?

I've experienced something similar, I received an OFM email while conducting an SE and representatives wouldn't talk to me at all until I replied to the OFM email. I replied to the OFM email documenting issues I've had with previous orders then contacted Amazon live chat to tell them I had replied to it and I received a refund the next day.

How old is your Amazon account and how many SEs have you done on it?

Yes, I am having this problem too. Live support representatives on Amazon are rude to you and do not respond. They even leave the chat without answering. So I had to create a new account. Can anyone explain why? Even if you speak to any representative, they will not treat you well in any way. I think they put a note on the abusive accounts and I think the agent sees your bad score when you connect to any chat.

Request your claim be escalated.

Okay, so after a week break from chatting with them, I may just go into chat and request to escalate it to their superior? And after I get connected with superior, do I just ask him to check up with delivery company?

Simply ask for your claim to be escalated.

They take care of everything from there.

Okay, I'll do so today. Let's hope their attitude will change

There were 3 orders. Wrong one had been accidentally SE'd by refunder (it was cheap, around 20 bucks). After his idiotic behavior it was clear that he was unprofessional, and because of that, I decided to do it by myself.

Welp, they closed my account again (without any notice). So, the only way of contact left is their OFM mail
