Yeah well, it was a month ago, I got 2 RMAs confirmed, one of them got shipped out the other day and one has not been sent out still.
In that case, there's no reason for such a lengthy delay.

They're operating with state of the art logistics and transportation, not carrier pigeons.

Is there something I could tell them to fasten things up? So far when I have tried to escalate or get any explanation it's been just same copy-paste reply from them that Logistics is working on it. Been like that for the past 3 weeks.

so today I placed an order for oculus quest 2 via meta website, a few hours later they emailed cancelling my order, stating no reason as to why. anybody else had this issue>?

really not sure, I did some research on google etc. I see some people mentioning about using a different billing address and delivery address, but what's the point even having the option if there going to just decline any order that uses different billing to delivery address. it now seems im blacklisted from the site altogether, when I try to place an order now even using same billing and delivery address, but with a new email it cancels my order instantly a cancellation email arrives at the same time as confirmation email, im so confused

There been a few times meta have cancelled orders I'm not sure as to why though have you tried through PayPal?
