No problem, but at this point in time I’ve never SE’d anything. I’m going to buy the Amazon accounts from z2u, but I don’t have any SE methods to employ. Can you help me out? What method(s) should I use with these Amazon accounts? What’s the most expensive Apple product I can SE using one of these accounts?

Im not sure but maybe try a less value item just incase something goes wrong, im looking at the description for the accounts and they're not liable if the account gets put on hold.
So im guessing your account will get put on hold after your first order and you'll have to contact the bank for the funds to be released back?

2. What if I just use cash to buy Amazon gift cards, redeem them on my account, and get gift card balance (or a replacement item) as a refund?

1 - im guessing the account will be put on hold if you log on amazon straight away and order but still not sure
2 - A vcc should be fine also, if the account does get on hold im sure your payment gets refunded anyway
