I got an issue, been waiting on my replacement for a while now and so far I just keep getting delayed responses about Logistics trying hard to ship out my replacement but I’m tired of waiting and requested a refund but they denied it because they are unable to process the refund as they are in the process of trying to ship out my replacement. I thought I had the right to ask for a refund?

Yeah well, it was a month ago, I got 2 RMAs confirmed, one of them got shipped out the other day and one has not been sent out still.

In my case they were insanely slow to even process a refund, so I can imagine how slow they can be with shipping a replacement

I haven't seen anyone yet.
Since the demand is not that great, given the ridiculously steep price, I'm not surprised not many are trying it. Would potentially be a pain to sell with a reasonable price.

Even their replies to my ticket are slow, single response every 12-24 hours.

my idea was to re sell it to CEX they pay in the region of 950 gbp, my guess is that seems as the headsets still seem to be working after the SE is pulled off therefore I see no reason for it to be flagged if and when CEX check serial number etc. of course I will probably do this with a fake ID or using somebody else's account...

In that case, there's no reason for such a lengthy delay.

They're operating with state of the art logistics and transportation, not carrier pigeons.
