Heya, I'm new here but have been reading you guys for ages now. So far I have never had any issues with a delivery, but this one is a problem. I purchased a coat from this small clothing company. Got delivered to my corridor, without signature - I was not even home. The photo is blurry and although I explained I have not been able to locate the package, they insist it was delivered to the right place and that they have evidence of this happening because DPD sent them a previous photo of similar delivery that took place in October at my place (which was certainly not my order). Now they keep repeating the same thing. How do I proceed?
