someone else had told me same had happened to them however he had tried again in a couple days via live chat and a different operator had refunded him, not sure to do this as if chats stay they will see i have already tried and been instructed to get a pr

police wouldnt actually make a full report right? just making a email saying case closed and they cant do nothing then send that to amazon, still awaiting whether i should try live chat again with the eb process and see if i get a nicer person or would not recommend?

so i had already emailed on 19th got a email back saying to report the crime online as i already did.

now how would the police actually give me the go ahead to return, would they visit im not sure but they mentioned the weight was correct before so would saying it was a EB not work? as i cannot just remove the cpu. comes with cooler and all
