How did the carrier conclusively confirm the package was not damaged when It arrived at your address? What evidence does the carrier have In support of their statement? If they cannot fulfil both questions, their Investigation Is Inconclusive - which essentially finalizes the claim In your favor.

It's that simple.
ok I will reply to their email focusing on this
Good.

I can assure you that they will not be able to address each question. Expect a reply with some type of nonsense.

I understand that the claim is in my favour but I see them to not want to collaborate.
I'm thinking of filing a chargeback with photos of the shipping box and with my requests of providing evidences and their emails to not fulfilling them.

No doubt It's a good move - you have a lot of evidence to support a chargeback.

Let's see how Amazon responds. If they're still giving you the runaround, a chargeback Is the way to go.

Good move.

I can't see them responding. Their noncompliance Is totally unacceptable, hence a chargeback Is the way to go.

Do you think that sending email to jeff@Amazon could help? Or amz.jp is not competence of them?

Shoot off an email to every department you can think of, regardless whether or not It's relevant.

You're bound to eventually get the reply you're after.

In your opinion is it better to ask to this department and to spam them some other email or to file a chargeback first?

See what happens with Amazon first.

The reason being, they may well decide to approve It, hence you'd save your chargeback.

In this email should I include every detail like I would do in the chargeback form?
