I am thinking about getting the Pixel 7 Pro on the Google store and I am wondering how lenient the customer service reps are. I’m planning on using the DNA method, has that worked for anyone else for an item around the same price range ($1000)?

Never try to hit them myself, but I read Google are tough to SE. Hate that company, so would love to cost em a few bucks

They are because they got f***ed during the time of releasing Pixel 2XL, People were literally building pyramids with all the phones they got from them, I was little late to the party. They upped their game since.

Nah pixel 6s and the earphones were all refund on scan for like a month not too long ago.

The always have periods where they are really vulnerable for some reason you just got to hit them hard during that.

I see people on other forums posting about google store being instant-3 days for the pixel 6 for some reason. I’m assuming refund on scan so either boxing or ftid? Might be preferable to just ftid and ruin the label so they can only pickup scan but nothing else so it gets lit. Then again it really doesn’t matter what u send as long as it gets scanned

The scan will generate the consignor & consignee details, hence It will not be LIT.

There’s a good chance it will just get stuck as undeliverable, happened to me a couple times. If you mess with label tooo much they just give up and don’t bother delivering unless someone opens an investigation.

That's because the consignment wouldn't have been scanned.

If It was, It'd be delivered based on the details of the scan.

Many carriers tend to reprint the label when Inconsistencies are noticed.
