Sorry I do not have a solution for your problem, but may I ask if they sent you a warning email before issuing the block on your account or it was out of the blue?
I mean the warning email that says "your account has been returning a large number of products" ecc.

the website will not allow to me say what I did, but I (blank) on my personal amazon account and it was working all good until I went to reload for the fourth time, trying to reload more than  I did last time. They locked my account shortly after the fourth reload request.

If It looks authentic, there's a good chance they'll simply accept It and move forward, so be sure there are no Inconsistencies.

If you are SEing, don't get too attached with your amazon account. And amazon is very sensitive with large reload and gift card amount especially when the account is relatively new and does not show the consistency on reloading large amount of money. If you could provide a statement or receipt showing it is you who bought the item, there is a big chance it can be unlocked. Many people got their accounts locked because their gift card or reload comes from laundered money

sent in the document, they said they received it, and i believe im still waiting on a reply cause they said they would email me after the initial review once again in 24 to 48 business hours, and I received the email on the 5th at 7pm PST, so I have a little to wait. Nothing was said about the document, but on second review they might say something, we'll see

I'm not sure what's going on. I haven't been replied to in over 48 hours business hours now, and I am still stuck on the same screen on Amazon. Might have to go out of my way to contact them.
