Eb method is getting annoying now. #1
The reason why I say the eb method is becoming increasingly annoying is because these braindead retarded mouth breathing reps keep treating eb's like dna's causing me to have waste my time escalating a case and delaying my refund because these unbelievably stupid reps can't understand that "Missing item" is not lost package. It's to the point that it makes me irrationally angry. Like why are you soo stupid lol. Sorry for the rant post just had to get that off my chest.

I agree with you 100%.

It's a matter of common sense that claiming your goods were missing from the box, has no relevance to filing a PR, nor Is It a claim for a lost shipment. Yet pea-brain reps, particularly those at Amazon, fail to comprehend something so simple, that even an 8-year old can literally differentiate and see reason.

I don't think it's stupidity, I think it's intentional.

You'd be surprised at the number of thickheads handling claims.

I've communicated with countless reps who struggled to absorb the most simplistic Information.

A little update about my eb attempt. It seems like when an incompetent rep initially screws up your claim, and you then have them fix their mistake, I usually end up getting more than just my money back. In this case I got a $100 store credit as well. So all in all it turned out for my good.

Some BS I dealt with recently makes me believe this is true. I think they are reporting shit like this to couriers to make it known and to try to establish patterns of abuse they can identify. They can't do a whole lot else under the circumstances, so even if it is an EB they can fuck shit up for you in the future by reporting it to whoever did the delivery. That's why it's good to know what businesses use which carriers and to mix it up as much as you can.

You made a good point. Had a couple eb se's go through a carrier at first, then the company I was se'ing just decided to refund me 1 day after they ran my eb as a dna. It would suck if they really are purposely doing that to track potential patterns of abuse.

Brilliant.

Sometimes dealing with thick-headed reps earns you more than just a refund.
