Yeah EB on airpods succeeded took a very long time though, they're pretty incompetent.

Made me wait 2 weeks for an 'investigation' and then after investigation asked me for pictures, then made me wait a week further for them to 'process' refund.

Logic has It they would've requested photos right from the get-go.

The main thing Is, It succeeded and that's all that matters.
