I heard that companies like Apple, Amazon and Zalando nowadays have cameras in their warehouses. Doesn't this make it harder to go for EB when you don't mention any kind of proof/appearance of the box having been opened?

The dude typed everything in his system, and it spit out that I have to send them a PR and photos of the Shipping Box, AirPods Box and Serial Number.

He agreed and spoke to his team leader.
Minutes after, he told me that there's however, no way around it.
Is it possible to end up in a blacklisted product?

Also, my biggest problem is the PR because tomorrow my $1K Apple Watch Ultra arrives from Amazon. Maybe I need a PR for that too.
And 2 PRs at the same time for missing item is sus....is it?

But since my Amazon Account is old af with over 80 orders, I am not sure if a PR will be required.

@mothered any suggestions what to do in my situation?

It's a ridiculous request, but your claim will not move forward without fulfilling It, so comply with what's asked of you.

Omfg… I received my Apple Watch ultra and performed a smooth EB on Amazon without any questions asked. I got a braindead foreigner employee, told him I need a replacement.

Okay, how do I perform a double dip now as smoothly as possible?

Was an OTP requested for the previous delivery? Would your delivery driver leave it without a signature or leave on your doorstep/porch etc? You could always DNA if that is a possibility for you.

It would be suss to perform another EB.

Yes. But I am not sure about the replacement delivery tomorrow. Maybe it works different with replacements.

What are my other options besides DNA?

Box them.

It's extremely light, hence no need to substitute the weight with dry Ice. A pretty straightforward procedure.

Or do you mean shipping box + Apple Watch box but without the watch in it?

Btw the Apple Watch Box contains 2 separate boxes, one being the Watch, the other one being the wristband, both sealed with stickers. How do I deal with the wristband? Also remove it from its box?

If I am not wrong, the boxing method should work with broken seals, since it indicates the goods are stolen from the package, right?

Return everything excluding the watch case.

Make the box appear as though It was tampered with In transit, hence the watch was (seemingly) stolen.

I suggest you familiarize yourself with the boxing method prior to proceeding.
