I've done gopro before for the gopro 8 black, did FTID and worked perfectly

I asked for refund claiming a DNA. They contacted UPS and the guy that delivered the package came at my door saying that he left the package unattended for just a few minutes... After that GoPro sent me an email with an UPS document claiming that I received the package. I wrote back to the email saying that it essentially proves nothing, but never heard back from them... I was thinking of giving them a call, because it is usually more effective by my experience... What do you recommend?

There's no evidence to suggest you personally received the package.

I failed a DNA from here for around $1000. Had to legitimately return it.

Yeah well I contacted both UPS and GoPro and it seems like UPS was trying to scam me lol. They sent an email asking for confirmation of delivery to an address that presumably belonged to my mother, but it was literally a random ass address so I caught them... Now I am waiting for the excalation, and I am really curious to understand how this goes. (Ngl guys, they were quite smart with it... well, they tried at least hahahah)

That's quite a lot! Maybe it raised some suspicions, or you did something wrong in the process.
