RE: Amazon locker question #2
What country are you from?
I have done this in the U.K.
The account had a few orders to the locker before. Only small orders like box of chocolates and things like that.

The EB/missing Item method has no relevance to the delivery/collection point.

Is it normal for them to investigate EB? Because it seemed like people were getting refunds straight away through chat. Just wondering because the Rep was straight away like "the specialist team will look into it and contact you via email."

Depending on the value (and how often that item is SE'd) then yes, it's normal, and they might even ask for a PR

Ahh, I just got an email from OFM telling me that I have too many refunds and that I should contact them within 30 days.
My account is legit and 1 year old with lots of orders and legit returns and 2 DNA.

Can someone advise what I should do next?
I have tried to EB the airpods but after this email it seems like nothing is gonna go through.
I have done 2 DNA on this account spread apart for a few months all under £250 each.
This is the email in it's entirety

"We noticed that you have requested refunds for a large number of orders because you reported that you did not receive your package.

We understand that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. However, the unusually high number of lost orders that you have reported exceeds this occasional expectation.

When we see unusual account activity like this, we review each account on a case-by-case basis to determine if additional action or account closure is necessary. As a result, we can no longer compensate you for any additional issues with your shipments. If this problem continues, we may not allow you to buy on our site.

We would like to work with you to resolve any issues you might be experiencing with our service, so that we can ensure future orders arrive without incident. We understand that lost shipments are inconvenient, and we want to make sure that our customers receive the products they purchase from Amazon.co.uk.

If there is a problem with orders being delivered to a specific address, you may wish to specify an alternative address.

If you believe you may have received this message in error, or if you would like to clarify your order activity, please respond to this email within 30 days.

Sincerely,

Account Specialist"

Yes.

Every claim Is assessed on a case-by-case basis, many of which require further details to move forward. That's when an Investigation Is opened.

Ah, thank you. Are you able to give your input on the OFM emailing me saying that I have too many refunds? Do I stop the SE now or purse it by replying?
