-Updates: @mothered I just checked the tracking and the phone already arrived in US so probably 1 or 2 days and will arrive. Hopefully will have a valid plan to still SE this product

Open a dispute directly with PayPal through their Resolution Centre.

@mothered Won't the seller notice the same street and report it to paypal during claim? Also because when doing the wrong Item method i guess paypal will want a picture of the wrong item and if the seller sees the picture will recognize that is the cheap product, no?
