Refunding Urban Outiftters

I placed an order of 7 clothing items that cost $599 (2 pants, 3 hoodies, 1 tshirt, and one crewneck). The crewneck has already been delivered as it came in a separate package, but the rest of the order is arriving in two days. What would be the best method to refund this order?

If you're planning to SE the lot, the DNA Is the best option.

Not at all, went perfectly and did it all through live chat. Refund was quick.

What carrier do they use for shipping? I am in the EU. Was thinking I might give them a go once I get a few refunds I am working on at the moment.
