They refuse to refund even legit orders in case the warehouse forgot to scan a package which was supposed to be a refund of apple product.

Do you have a method that works?

Currently testing to finish off the started FTID for apple devices. Amazon redirected me to do certain steps to escalate my issue. Maybe it helps. Lets SEe.

What FTID did you use?

Are you saying It's In their terms that refunds are no longer a part of their service?
Not really. The thing is, they at the current moment don't respect their own terms of service. No matter what you do, so I am having to deal with the delivery company - DHL right now to make amazon refund me, as DHL will demand it from amazon afterwards from what I understand. If this does not work, I will have to touch chargeback, but with all this chat history I have with them, it should be easy to chargeback.

Under such circumstances, you have solid grounds to contest It with escalations, chargebacks and PayPal disputes/claims.

I am interested in what would be the best option for SE iPhone 14 via Amazon.de.
But now I read that Amazon.de no longer issues easy returns for Apple products.

There would be many methods depending on how it was delivered and the sealing but to name a few would be: Sealed box, DNA, Boxing method, Wrong item...etc
