Hi, I ordered from Levis, and thinking about Carhartt. My plan for Levis is PEB. I browsed around and saw that people have been quite unsuccessful with it. Anyone managed to SE either of these brands? Best method? Im from the UK btw. Thank you

So, its 2 items for levis, one is a fleece hoodie size m Id assume it wieghs around 400g, Im not sure if theres a way to find out exactly how much, doesnt say on the site. The second is a pair of trousers, quick release skateboarding pants so im assuming theyre a bit lighter then cargos, id say 800g. Im hoping to say only the trousers arrived, but maybe DNA would be better to do?

The hoodie Is too heavy for the missing Item method, specifically If an external Investigation Is opened with the carrier and the weight Is cross-checked against their records.

You're better off DNA'ing the lot. Of course, It's on the grounds they're liable for lost shipments.

Do you know how I can check if Levis would be liable for lost shipments, ive gone through their faq, terms and conditions etc and cant find a concrete answer. All i can find is that if nothing arrives after 48 hours you should contact them.

If not, do a practice run (trial SE) on a very cheap Item by DNA'ing It. If It's approved, there's your answer.

I did Levi's FTID 2 weeks ago for £500, 13 items. The return courier was collect+ and the package actually got lost lmao, so it turned from ftid to lit accidently. Not complaining, I'll take it. They refunded as soon as I contacted them.

Hi I have a question about DNA, I live in a flat so deliverymen never leave packages in front of the door, they deliver them to the nieghbor. Can I still do DNA if i have literally collected the package from the deliveryman? My block of flats has cameras too, so if I claim DNA will the delivery compnay go as far as trying to retrieve camera footage or is this not common practice? Thank you

If the package Is handed to you with only a signature to verify It, the DNA Is good to go.

It's not common practice, but the possibility exists.
