Need Assistance.... 09-19-2022, 05:27 PM
#1
Hey all, Long time.
I am in dire need of one of these...
https://shop.lambdaconcept.com/home/50-s...irrel.html
Some of you may know what it is some may not. Ideally... I am looking for someone to possibly SE this item for me for a % Fee. It is delivered across Seas using DHL and I hate dealing with them hence why I am looking for someone else to help me with this.
I have found the same item on eBay for less and yes I know eBay would be a fairly easy claim using PP however it is a solo trader and I would feel terrible for doing someone out of money they possibly need. I always stay with Big companies for this reason but I am starting to get very desperate haha
Any help, assistance or pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated!.
Much Love, Akoz

Depending on the type of claim you perform, it may not be the seller that is out of pocket - assuming the blame is shifted to the courier and a claim can be made on their insurance. Surely the same principle applies to LambdaConcept webstore? They dont strike me as a particularly large company. Being based in Hong Kong also doesn't help your chances of a direct refund.

The Man behind Lambda is actually based in France however his manufacturer is in Hong Kong and he ships directly from there.
With the eBay one I see what you mean It could definitely be claimed on insurance hoping that he actually takes out the cover...

The Type of Claim would probably have to be an EB as it is very very very light and DNA with DHL is a pain in the ass...
