Double dip successful, going for triple dip to infinity 09-19-2022, 04:08 AM

Hi guys, I've just successfully finished my first double dip and there's still a chance of doing a triple dip! I promise I will post the name of the store as soon as it's done. I apologize for not disclosing it now, I don't want it to ruin my SE in case one of their agents reads this forum or someone reports me.
My vision has been deteriorating for quite some time now and I've never owned a pair of glasses, so I decided to SE two pairs after going to an optometrist and getting my prescription.
The first thing I did was place an order for 2 pairs of glasses and selected the most expensive lenses and frames. I clicked the option to add Shipping Insurance for 90 cents. They took 14 days to arrive, because there were some problems with USPS shipping route (I used this to my advantage). They sent my package to Alaska and other states before it finally arrived to mine. As soon as I received the order, I opened a live chat and told the agent that I was outraged because my order was marked as delivered but I hadn't received any packages (USPS website said left with individual). The agent offered a backup order, but I wanted a refund so he told me to file a claim with Route and that's what I did. I won the claim after the required 5 day waiting period. They didn't ask any questions or ask for a PR. Easiest claim I've ever won. As soon as I received the refund I went back to the store's live chat and asked one of the agents for the backup order that they had offered earlier. He added a leather case and cleaning cloth as courtesy. So not only did I get 4 pairs of glasses with accessories, I also didn't spend a single cent. Now the interesting part is that their claims aren't managed by the store, but the replacement orders are, so there seems to be delay and lack of communication. My idea now is to file a claim after this new order arrives. Feel free to ask any questions and sorry for not disclosing the name of the store yet.
