Without looking at It, It's difficult to say whether or not It should be signed.

I didn't sign it. The package was technically delivered to a pick up point but the tracking said delivered to recipient, so I tried to double dip. I just returned the order lol.
this is all hypothetical.

Yes I understand that.

In the event you experience a similar situation with the document In future, I wanted to establish whether or not It's okay to sign It. As such, you can make an Informed decision with subsequent SEs.

Just as a matter of Interest, how did they decide to decline It?

DNA they make you sign a form.
What type of form Is It?

It  was some similar to an affidavit stating that you did not receive the package. I tried searching for it on my email but I might have already deleted it.

DNA they make you sign a form. I am thinking of a new way to SE them. The method I used to do doesn't work anymore or I got too aggressive with it. I would box them before, refunds gets processed as soon as package was dropped off at post office.
got email for return no refund

Hm they might not be doing advance refunds anymore for the returns. Check again when the return is on the move or when it is delivered.
I hope so

Although It may only be required to move forward with the claim, an affidavit Is a legally binding document, hence I always suggest not to sign It.
