I'm waiting for the order to be delivered. May I ask if its better to contact them via chat instantly after the package is delivered or to wait some hours/days?

It's human nature to open the package/box when received, so contact them a little while after the delivery.

I'm waiting the delivery for today.
I don't know if the carrier will call me to handle the package but if so it's better to ask to handle directly it to me or to handle it to the doorman?
I specify that yesterday i received other packages and it call me to ask but i'm not sure if he will do it again

Why you buy on Amz.com and not on Amz.it?

did you order anything else or just the watch?
