I am doing ebuyer for £260, 980pro SSD ssd not visible from the box, the item weighs 20g. I heard some people say ebuyer has cctv so I'll do manufacturer eb.
Has anyone done Ebuyer manufacturer eb before and am I good to proceed?

[mothered]

update:i decided to claim dna
I left on note on my door saying to tuck the parcel under the fence

If you provide delivery Instructions, you'll be held liable for the lost shipment.

but no pic was took with the note.

How do you know the photo Is not stored In their Internal systems?

The rep is asking me if I recognise the picture of my patio but the colour of the wall  captured in the pic matches my actual houses colour

It doesn't matter If It matches.

The package was dumped at your premises, hence anyone could've stolen It.

He also asks if I left a note outside or not, what should I respond with?

Obviously deny It.

There was no picture of the note stored on the delivery image, I denied putting the note there and a investigation has been filed.

Good move with denying the note.

Have they given an estimation of when the Investigation Is expected to complete?

That's understandable.

As you're aware, If you haven't heard back, get In touch and ask where your claim stands.

I'm really starting to dislike DNA, I did the same method for scan and the delivery driver started calling me and will most likely pay a visit. Hope they don't lose too much money.

Carriers are Insured against missing goods, so don't take reports on board of drivers paying for lost shipments.

There are tens of thousands of DNA claims each and every day. If the cost Is taken out of the driver's paycheck, there wouldn't be a single driver on the road.
