No.

It's extremely unlikely that multiple packages arriving at different timeslots on the same day, failed to be successfully delivered.

Ended up being delivered at the same time and was left on my porch according to Amazon tracking.

The fact Is, It was dumped and left unattended on your porch, which Is a strong case when claiming nonreceipt of goods.

Hello, this is a response that I received from the specialist team " Hello,

We recently reviewed your account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have claimed refunds for items that you experienced a delivery issue with from your recent order ***.

We looked into your order **** that you had previously reported as lost. The carrier of this order has confirmed the complete shipment was delivered to you.

When order activity such as this comes to our attention, we evaluate each account on a case-by-case basis to determine if additional action or account closure is necessary. If this problem continues, we may not allow you to buy on our store "

Im not sure if this is a generic email and the investigation is still going?

I have not claimed any previous refunds on address, account or card before so I'm not sure what's going on

I'd say this is a cease-and-desist warning. Keep SEing Amazon and they're going to ban you for good
Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events that happened in real life is coincidental.

No It Isn't, a C&D Is a lot more serious.

The letter states to stop your actions Immediately - there and then. If you Ignore It and repeatedly SE In the same fashion, the company's legal representatives may pursue litigation.
