I got another email yesterday stating that it shows the package was delivered to the address and said to respond if i still did not receive my goods while sending a proof of delivery (no photo, no signature) so i replied saying i didn't receive it. Its been a day still waiting for a response ill wait till Monday to ask where my claim stands.

Just made a order it comes out to under $417, I think dna is the way to go lmk what you think or what i should expect

I have had 2 recent DNA experiences with Nike. Both successful, in the UK though.

One was instant refund on live chat for £250~ and another for £200~ on some custom ID’s which had a 5-8 day investigation and was concluded on the 7th day with a refund.

I should add, it went in my favour massively as delivery driver left the parcel unattended behind bin both times. (Hermes & UPS)

I see you mention Hermes and UPS, does anyone have experience with DPD and DNA with Nike? As I’ve heard DPD are difficult to deal with when it comes to DNA.
