Decided to create a cryptpad for Australian stores which I could realistically manage. Thought the best way would be a form which I can personally update myself into the cryptpad excel equivalent when I'm free.

At the bottom of the form have a question that states something like : "Tell us your cryptpad username so we can add you to the spreadsheet"

Then manually add them into the document.

Oh, I thought it'll be easier for a few admins to add it to a spreadsheet to avoid repetitiveness and be more of a clean and understandable
