important question about refunding

good morning guys I'm new in this forum so I apologize if I posted in a wrong section, I have been looking for information on the refund for days and I would like to understand if there are refund methods for that job and what I can do ALONE so you don't have to pay anyone because you don't I trust and don't want to, or if you can't because the only methods that work are methods that correspond to having an internal insider.

How does the box method work? even here it is enough that they compare the two weights before being sent and back and they see that there is something wrong

it doesnt matter if they open an investigation. In the end, you did not get it and dont know where it is.
