Yes, it's happened to me even though I had taken all good precautions (guest account, PayPal not related to FB account, etc.).
Now that FB accounts are not needed anymore, I simply created a Meta account and keep using the same headset. So far so good!

About the shop ban I have read that factory resseting it worked, have you tried Ordnael92?

Yeah, I factory resetted (it wouldn't let me add any other accounts, otherwise) and used my new Meta account: it's working flawlessly.

By the way, new Quest Pro coming in October! It's gonna be great fun should they still be this vulnerable

I'd love to SE the Quest Pro, but I only have 1 usable addy since it's pretty much impossible to get a drop addy in my country.

I think the new quest pro will be a lot more difficult as it will probably cost more than the double, but knowing how meta is working right now, maybe we have luck

It's more so their mismanagement of countless claims, rather than the Item value. They've lost tens of thousands of dollars through Individual claims.

As It stands, they're failing to assess them accordingly.

Arrived. Removed product and shipping air-pillows form box. Claimed EB in support chat, they asked for pictures of the box. They've now followed up with an email requesting to see the package's label. I'm trying to avoid giving them any sort of upper-hand so I'm going to ignore it and request a refund through chat again tomorrow. If they ask for a picture of the label again, I'll simply say I chucked it cause why would I keep an EB lmfao.
