I believe they take pictures of the item arriving to the person
Will the recipient be clearly visible In the photo?

RE: Watch Pilot SE #12
The item has just arrived and they sent me no email saying the package arrived they just took a picture of it sitting in the porch of my house. This maybe a way to DNA as I think the EB method will not work. Please reply ASAP

They also posted the package via Royal Mail 24 Tracked which maybe an issue.

First SE please help me out

Is that purely the watch Itself?

Where Is the collection point, and Is ID required to pick It up?

Photos of what?

The external premises, or the entryway of your home?

Perfect to DNA It.

You've said It weighs 180 grams, so It's too heavy to EB It.

No Issue whatsoever - tracking only confirms delivery to an "address" and not "person-to-person".

They've dumped the package at your porch, hence anyone could've stolen It which essentially means you did not personally receive It.

You're giving the Impression that you're still waiting for the package to arrive, so contact them the next day.

This is what Royal Mail said once I confirmed it was not with my neighbours.

“Thank you for your patience regarding the disputed delivery of your parcel, we have since gathered several pieces of information from Royal Mail including the GPS delivery location. I also totally understand that on this occasion you feel let you down however overall Royal Mail's delivery process is extremely accurate.

To move this issue forward we may progress the matter one step further via the agreement of a legal disclaimer however need to make you aware if the parcel is found to be conclusively delivered legal action may be taken.

Please note if its deemed a theft of the parcel has taken place, you could be contacted by the police to provide a statement.

Please find attached the Legal Disclaimer form if you could fill out your information and scan this back to us.
Prior to signing this disclaimer I would however strongly advise you take the time to check with neighbours or other family members once more to guarantee you have not received your order.

Once again our apologies for your inconvenience in this matter.

Best Regards,
Sales Support“

I’m kind of thinking of not moving forward in case this backfires and I could get into trouble

They have no Idea on the whereabouts of the package, which Is why they're asking once again to check with the neighbours.

What type of document are they requesting to sign?

Similar to this?

In particular, does It state "I believe the above declaration Is true to the best of my knowledge and belief", or something to that effect?
