Possible to DNA Phone - installment payment 08-24-2022, 09:45 AM
#1
Hi.
Just got the phone today. its an installment payment, which i would try DNA, and then hopefully get an replacement.
How safe is it to try DNA?
My girlfriend picked it up at our door (They need signature to deliver it)
She wrote her first letter in her name. (which isnt near my name)
She has legal adress at my place, but im pretty sure they cant crosscheck that in any way.
The store policy said there has to be a "adult" to sign for it.
How good am i to continue with DNA?
@
mothered have you tried something like this before?

Is that all the signature contained?

Whether they can/cannot cross-check It Is Irrelevant.
She's an authorized recipient to accept goods at your residential address.

So the phone provider has offered an Instalment plan without any form of documentation?
No even through an agreement with your payment system specifying the monthly repayments?

^ This Is what I was trying to establish. The agreement Is the contract - verbal or written.
Check to see whether or not you're covered for the full cost of the phone at the time of the Initial agreement at zero dollars. Also check If an early termination fee (on the agreement) Is payable by the buyer - yourself.

I cant seem to find, if anything happens in transit, its my fault.
The agreement is available to cancel of no cost within 30 days.

Its not stated, but i assume since you pay for the phone and get subscripted to them for service the next 6 months, thats its the phone that is the final part of the agreement.

Never assume.
